Location
Mayfair Art Studios is located at 1885 Hayne Street, within the Arcadia Mill Village of Spartanburg, SC. The art studios occupy 20,000 s/f of the former Mayfair Mill no. 1, which also houses the apartment community Arcadia Station Lofts.

At Mayfair Art Studios, we are building a creative community on the Westside of Spartanburg. We invite you to apply for one of our resident studio spaces. These spaces are rented yearly and provide you with a space to create at your best level. Whether you're a professional artist, photographer, graphic designer, interior designer, or another creative professional, our studios are perfect for you to take your creative business to the next level.

Mayfair Art Studios has a variety of studio spaces to meet the needs of creatives. Our flexible studio spaces are perfect for artists, musicians, photographers, and ceramicists looking to grow their creative businesses.
Mayfair Art Studios are dedicated to the thousands of textile associates whose skills kept the Mayfair textile plants operating for over 100 years.
Our Objectives
To establish a cultural destination that creates a unique space for creative exchange and grassroots entrepreneurship. We aim to engage both amateur and professional artists in a space that encourages growth and creates community.
