At Mayfair Art Studios, we are building a creative community on the Westside of Spartanburg. We invite you to apply for one of our resident studio spaces. These spaces are rented yearly and provide you with a space to create at your best level. Whether you're a professional artist, photographer, graphic designer, interior designer, or another creative professional, our studios are perfect for you to take your creative business to the next level.

TERMS
- Studio prices based on window access and other features
- Lease Discounts offered for free Artist Workshops held quarterly with the community
- (2 hour workshop held quarterly) discount is equal to 5% discount monthly rent
- All Studios must be open for public viewing monthly during Open Studios
